Can I return items I have ordered?
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and items are NEW and UNOPENED. You can return your order for a refund minus postage, within 14 days from the day you receivd your order. (This will be at your own cost)
Items returned must include all manuals, accessories and any other item that came in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from original form upon arrival.
All returns must include a returns docket. Please use a trackable service and hold onto the number!!
Refunds will not be issued for returned items that get lost or damaged whilst in transit. Also expect it to take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and inspected.
Most if not all manufactures offer good support and have their own procedure for warranty claims. We will work with you to debug your issue prior to accepting the return. Please make initial contact by email, sending photos of the product, a detailed description of your issue, and a description of what you have already done to fix it.
You may be required to ship the item back to us. Please use a trackable service as we will not accept responsibility for lost packages.
We may not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges on all orders will not be refunded. We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been misused or modified in any form.
"As you may be aware electronics such as flight controllers are sensitive to excessive heat and most if not, all faults occur through user error.
To eliminate this, I would strongly advice the testing of the product before applying any solder to it.
Plug the FC into your computer and make sure the board responds to movement you expect it too.
Returns will NOT be accepted for any product that has been defaced with solder claiming to be faulty.
It is highly recommended that you inspect the products ordered upon receipt and identify and report any issues BEFORE you try to fly, modify, construct or use the product.
If the product received is incorrect, please make initial contact by email, sending photos of the product received and the packaging it came in. We will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time, with proof of purchase. International customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
